Expert-Led, Virtual GI Care

Our coordinated team of clinicians includes Health Coaches, Registered Dietitians, Internists & GI Specialists.
All of our care team members undergo rigorous, GI-specific training.

Lacey, Health Coach

All GIThrive members have access to one-on-one telephonic, video, and instant message coaching to help with goals related to the management of their GI conditions, including stress management, mindfulness, healthy sleep, medication adherence, self-advocacy, physical activity, self-monitoring, coach-lead cognitive behavioral therapy, and more.

Our coaches apply the Member Engagement Model, which includes motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and the transtheoretical model to drive behavior change. Coaches use digestive health-specific protocols to promote symptom relief, digestive condition treatment, and behavior change.

``GIThrive really is the best thing I've ever experienced. There needs to be more people like these health coachesw who help people see the positive, and help them make change in their life. It's giving me skills to cope with my stress, emotions, and overall life.``

Frank, Dietician

Registered dietitians at Vivante Health receive more than 80 hours of training on advanced topics in digestive health conditions and symptom management before initiating patient care.

All dietitians receive an additional 35 credit hours to obtain their Low FODMAP Certification, which has been associated with clinically significant symptom reduction and identification of symptom triggers.

``I'm so thrilled to say I have a Health Coach and a Dietitian. I get help without having to be in chronic pain forever!``

– GITHRIVE MEMBER

``My Dietitian has been instrumental in helping speak to my doctor about the issues I have been having. I have been able to speak as a very informed patient rather than accepting what the doctor says and showing there may be alternative things to test for.``

Martha, Physician
