Bio: I am a certified Health Coach with 2+ years of experience working in the public health, corporate wellness, and health start-up sectors. My passion for healthcare started when I volunteered for the National Ski Patrol as a first responder at my local ski hill. Since then, I have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Disease Prevention from the University of Montana, and have acquired a few certificates as a Behavioral Health Coach along the way. I believe that healthcare has to be individualized to make a true impact, and know that every member has a unique life that requires its unique health path.
Smarts: BS in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Public Health and Disease Prevention. Certified Health Coach.
Why Vivante? Gut health is something I feel very passionate about, and is an element that is often overlooked in our healthcare system. Vivante is an agent of change in the field and has a team full of positive, hard-working, and respectful individuals. Working with such great people in a groundbreaking, effective health intervention is a truly wonderful and fulfilling use of my time and expertise.
Something Interesting: I worked as a whitewater guide on the Salmon River for 4 seasons! However, I am much prouder to say that I was at one point a certified BBQ competition judge. I never judged any competitions – I just took the class so I could spend the day eating BBQ. Worth it!
