Bio: I have been a registered dietitian since 2013 and have worked in a variety of settings—corporate wellness coaching, acute care, and higher education—so I have seen a lot. The driving force behind all my experience has been my passion for helping others to not only utilize the healing power of food, but to recognize the healing power they have within themselves. I live in a small town in southeastern Kentucky with my husband and our orange tabby cat. I love to travel, but ultimately there is no place like home.
Smarts: B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky; currently pursuing a M.S. in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States
Why Vivante? Good health starts in the gut, and if we can heal the gut it will make healing other issues so much easier. I am so excited to help our members feel and live their best.
Something Interesting: I play the violin and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which are the two most opposite hobbies imaginable.
