About: After getting my BS in math from Athens University, I moved to Providence, RI where I earned an MS in math and taught undergraduate courses. It was there that I realized I wanted to use math to understand how the brain works, so I moved to NYC where I got my PhD in mathematical neuroscience. I’ve spent the past 5.5 years using dynamical systems theory to investigate which mathematical structures account for adaptive neural dynamics.
Smarts: M.S. Mathematics, Brown University; Ph.D. Mathematical Neuroscience, The Rockefeller University
